Beschreibung: PhD Student Positions in Life Sciences

At the TU Dresden’s Institute for Physiological Chemistry, we offer two PhD student positions (initially TVL-E13/50%) and thesis projects in the areas of Germ Cell Biology

Germ cells may be considered the most important cells of all, as all of us originate from them. Despite the importance of germ cells, major biological questions are unresolved, and central biomedical problems await their solution. On our life science campus, we entertain a focus on germ and stem cell biology. Based on extensive experience in the field and a strongly interactive environment that supports excellent molecular and cell biology research and provides very good supervision, we strive to make key contributions to male and female germ cell science.
Currently doctoral theses projects, supported by DFG funded positions, are available on:
